This Cookie Policy explains how Pixel Bar (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.pixel-bar.co.uk (the “Website”). “Pixel Bar” refers collectively to Pixel Bar Leeds Limited, Pixel Bar Liverpool Limited and Pixel Bar MCR Limited, the companies operating our Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds venues.

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we handle your personal information. This policy is provided in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.

  • SSR-caching — performance; records how a page was rendered so it loads faster. Duration: 24 hours.

  • bSession — measures the effectiveness of the platform's systems. Duration: 24 hours.

  • fedops.logger.sessionId — records site errors and stability issues so faults can be diagnosed. Duration: 12 months.

  • _wixAB3|* — site experiments run by the platform. Duration: 6 months.

5. Analytics and Performance Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they arrived from — so we can improve it. The information is aggregated and does not directly identify you. These cookies are only set with your consent.

These cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where relevant, to show you Pixel Bar advertising on other websites and social platforms. They are set by advertising partners and are only used with your consent.​

  • Social plug-in cookies — set when content from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or Discord is embedded on a page or clicked. Duration: varies by provider. Set by the relevant third party.

 

Where a third party sets cookies through our Website, that third party is responsible for its own use of the data. We recommend reviewing their policies: Google (policies.google.com/technologies/cookies) and Meta (www.facebook.com/policies/cookies).
 

7. Third-Party Booking and Listing Platforms

Some of our bookings and listings are handled by third-party platforms — for example venue-hire marketplaces and event listing sites. If you follow a link from our Website to one of these platforms, or complete a booking there, that platform sets its own cookies under its own policy. This Cookie Policy does not cover them.
 

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is currently no agreed industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, so our Website does not respond to them. You can control cookies using the methods described in section 3 instead.
